Once we’ve agreed a website design, it’s then my job to go away and code the design up into a workable, bespoke WordPress theme. At Hexagon Webworks, my focus is on building clean, bespoke, responsive themes that are easy to use and update.

WordPress is the most popular website management system in use on the web, supporting more than 60 million websites. A fully fledged CMS (Content Management System), it allows us to build your website in a way that is easy for you to update.
WordPress is completely free to use and highly customisable. There is an extensive ecosystem of free WordPress plugins which, selected and used wisely, can open up a huge number of possibilities, reducing the need for lots of custom code.
Clarification: WordPress is the tool we use to create bespoke sites. There is also a service called WordPress.com which lets you get started with a new and free WordPress-based blog (good if you have a bit of IT-savvy and no budget!), but varies in several ways and is less flexible than the WordPress we download, install and customise for you.
