Introduction
Oxford Cryosystems came to us after facing challenges with their previous supplier. Their old website was painfully slow, didn’t work on mobile browsers, and failed accessibility tests.
The brief
Our task at Hexagon Webworks was to design and develop a website that not only looks great but also clearly showcase the groundbreaking technology at its best, helping them connect with their audience in a meaningful way. There was also the need for an international, but simple e-commerce website for spare parts.
The result
Starting fresh, we revamped the design to align seamlessly with their offline branding and collaborated closely to make the content more intuitive and user-friendly. The new website works flawlessly on mobile, and passes accessibility tests with flying colours.
The result? A stunning new website scoring 92 for performance and a perfect 100 in Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO on PageSpeed Insights! And that’s with a third party cookie banner and Google Tag Manager active 😉
The main website is built on WordPress with scalability in mind, making the Oxford Cryosystems website is ready for the future – offering easy maintenance and updates, and plenty of room to grow.
